Sanding down to bare wood can help to erase pet stains, water damage, discoloration, cracking and many other common issues. If repairs are needed we are able to lace into the existing floor with such accuracy you won't be able to tell where the new wood starts and the old wood ends. Refinishes are also sealed off with three coats of finish.
